Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements for employee communication surveillanusing Behavox .
Identify opportunities for improving employee communication and collaboration through data analysis.
Develop and implement strategies for deploying Behavox to monitor employee communication on Microsoft Team and Outlook 365.
Configure Behavox to meet business requirements and ensure data accuracy.
Train end-users on how to use Behavox and interpret the data generated.
Provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of Behavox.
Working knowledge of Behavox.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
Familiarity with Behavox or other surveillance tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
Experience with implementing and confi guring software applications is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook 365 is a plus.

Work in Hybrid mode.
