Your main duties in flying with us:
- Content creation and management: Direct KOLs/KOLs Agency by creating brief, ensuring high quality contents, and monitoring the results across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- Community engagement: Foster and maintain a strong online community around the KOL as well as tiket Travel Content creators
- Analytics and reporting: Track and analyze the KOL's performance metrics, providing insights for optimization
Additional:
- Strategize and coordinate with KOLs to create impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive GBV for Transportation
- Strategize the MVP plan for Platform Influencers, Media Buzzer, External community for platform
- Review and approve storylines, video outputs, and captions to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of KOL campaigns through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
- Develop and manage the KOLs, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.
- Oversee financial processes such as PR number requests, quotations, contracts, and reporting to maintain budgetary control.
- Establish and nurture direct collaborations with KOLs, fostering long-term relationships and exploring barter opportunities.
- Conduct monthly reviews with KOLs across various categories to assess the effectiveness of bundling packages and overall performance.
- Create content plans and ideation for KOLs, aligning their schedules and outputs with GBV objectives.
- Monitor and track campaign insights to identify new potential influencers and optimize ongoing strategies.
- Handle data reporting, providing insights into campaign performance, KOL contributions, and overall social media impact.
- Use data analysis to continuously refine strategies and achieve better alignment with GBV goals.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Min. 1 year experience as KOL specialist or relevant fields
- Proficient in using platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and others.
- Have a strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- Creative, easy going and fast learner
- Resourceful, adaptable, aware of current trends in KOL spaces
