Job description
Role: Software Engineer

Who are we looking for?

• Software Engineer who has good knowledge on Cloud infrastructure deployments and expertise in Server, Storage and Networking domain.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Cloud infrastructure deployments and maintenance
• Experience with OpenStack services deployments and maintenance
• Good understanding of Unix fundamentals and internals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Expertise in Server, Storage and Networking domain
• Experience with HW testbed setup, analysis and designing
• Expertise in Test architecture and system components validation
• Installing different types of operating systems
• Exposure to customer issue reproduction and analysis

Process Skills:

• Troubleshoots hardware failures and server accessibility issues.
• Handling customer queries and triaging/debugging customer issues
• Hands on experience in Windows and Linux environments
• Defect logging and tracking skills

Behavioral Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Qualification:

• Computer Science and/or Computer Hardware background
• Minimum 5 years' of experience
