Job description
Role: Software Engineer

Who are we looking for?

Software Engineer who has good knowledge on Cloud infrastructure deployments and expertise in Server, Storage and Networking domain.

Technical Skills:

Experience with Cloud infrastructure deployments and maintenance
Experience with OpenStack services deployments and maintenance
Good understanding of Unix fundamentals and internals
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Expertise in Server, Storage and Networking domain
Experience with HW testbed setup, analysis and designing
Expertise in Test architecture and system components validation
Installing different types of operating systems
Exposure to customer issue reproduction and analysis

Process Skills:

Troubleshoots hardware failures and server accessibility issues.
Handling customer queries and triaging/debugging customer issues
Hands on experience in Windows and Linux environments
Defect logging and tracking skills

Behavioral Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Qualification:

Computer Science and/or Computer Hardware background
Minimum 5 years' of experience
