Communications Manager Mid Location: New York, NY Duration: 6 Months Description: This is a full-time, contractor position for an early-career professional and this person will support programs and operations across our social impact team's body of work The Social Impact Manager will support several key initiatives across the North America Inclusive Impact & Sustainability team. The position will work closely with internal and external partner groups, requiring highly effective collaboration and timely execution. Job Description: Support the day-to-day functions of the team, including budget management, biweekly updates, and team operations. Coordinate preparation of materials for the team, including decks for internal executives, client presentations, speaker preparation, and occasional event support. Support regional/country-specific social impact initiatives, such as digital equity initiatives, financial literacy trainings, and small and micro business (SMB) capacity building programs, in partnership with the global social Impact function, regional business, functions and external partners. Support sustainability-related initiatives including Clients Green Teams, monthly reporting, Earth month activities, and engage with clients on environmental related topics. Manage internal and external partnerships assigned to deliver regional programs to ensure tangible outcomes. Build employee awareness and engagement in social impact regional/country programs, and provide opportunities for employees to be engaged in local social impact programs and activities. Understand the marketplace, standards, key players, and enablers such as financial inclusion, financial education, CSR and metrics to secure collaboration across the ecosystem. Lead various ad-hoc internal projects as assigned. •
