TRAX Product Specialist - REMOTE

Role: TRAX Product Specialist
Location: REMOTE
Hire Type: 6+ Month Contract (Extendable)


The candidate will engage with the Airline' s Procurement department to produce a plan on the migration, integration, and roadmap of the transition while supporting the department and company goals. The following components shall be acknowledged to guarantee that the delivered services will meet and potentially exceed expected results.

1. Knowledge of the following migration processes to TRAX MRO including but not limited to:
• Develop change management strategy to prepare team members and stakeholders for transition.
• Create and/or aid in the creation of backup files in the event there are migration issues.
• Ensure legal and regulatory requirements with data privacy and security regulations are being followed.
• Implement tools and processes for monitoring the performance of the new system.
• Post migration support as needed.
2. Comprehensive expertise and proficiency of:
• Airworthiness directives
• Proper temporary repair evaluation
• Quality and inspection requirements
• Knowledge of frontline maintenance functions
• Maintenance control operations
• Technical writing (to aid in the development of user guides)

3. Trax eMRO ERP Functionality:
a. Assist in developing the necessary tracking mechanisms before the migration of actual data.
• Setup engineering controls
• Setup part number controls
• Review and evaluate data migration and proper forecasting.
b. Provide clear and concise guidance on Trax eMRO ERP requirements including but not limited to:
• Data cleansing
• Mapping
• Validation
• iv. Data compliance requirements
• v. Integration requirements for third-party applications as needed.
• vi. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• vii. Compliance requirements
c. Familiarity of migration process target environment
4. Support:
• Training and reference material on the system
• Planned and managed rollout of the new system to selected users..
