Overview 

As the Community Manager in the Retail Growth team, you’ll be in charge of managing various community channels like Telegram and X (Twitter). 

We are looking for a person who has strong communication skills as a native Chinese speaker to engage with our members, as well as KOL partners who represent our brand. You have the ability to create creative social contents through graphics and stories to drive activities that can bring trade conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and moderate the Telegram community to ensure active participation.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and followers on Twitter for internal KOL(s)
• Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, joining conversations, and participating in trending topics
• Plan and execute online campaigns to grow the community, promote internal KOL(s) and collaborate with our external KOL(s)
• Draft and translate content tailored to the Chinese audience, and share it across social media platforms
• Create and manage engaging content, including memes, graphics, polls, and cultural posts
• Track and report on community engagement metrics, providing insights to refine strategies
• Partner with local influencers (KOLs) and media outlets, and coordinate promotional activities like giveaways and contests

Qualifications

• Previous experience in community management for Telegram, X and Discord 
• Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required
• A strong commercial driven mindset
• Experience working for a crypto exchange or a trading firm is highly desirable
