- 【Key Responsibilities】
・Security trade control operations required by the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act(FEFTA) and U.S. export control regulations (EAR, ITAR) （Many situations where English is used）
・Transaction screening (classification of items, end-user, end-use, etc.)
・Correspondence with trade control regulatory authorities (METI, BIS, etc.) and related organizations such as CISTEC.
・Advice and guidance to security trade control related divisions
・Liaison with security trade control divisions of overseas subsidiaries
・Provide training
・Respond to and confirm compliance with amendments to the FEFTA, EAR and ITAR.
・Conduct internal audits

・外為法等および米国法規制の求める、安全保障貿易管理の業務全般(英語を使用するシーン多数)
・取引審査（該非判定、需要者、用途確認等）
・貿易管理規制当局（経済産業省,米国BIS等）またはCISTEC等関係団体向け対応
・安全保障貿易管理関係部門への助言、指導
・海外現地法人の安全保障貿易管理部門との連携
・教育研修の実施
・外為法等、米国輸出管理規則（EAR),武器輸出取引規則 (ITAR）をはじめとする国内外の改正への対応、遵守の確認
・内部監査の実施
