Location: Hybrid in Scottsdale Headquarters and traveling 30% of time
Reports to: Director of Inside Sales-West
Direct Reports: 7-10 Sales Representatives (Inside Sales Representatives)
What You’ll Do
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue and productivity targets.
• Monitor and track Sales rep individual performance, strengths, and areas of opportunity. Clearly communicate evaluations and execute developmental steps. Coach, develop, and mentor sales reps to drive continuous improvement in sales skills and product knowledge.
• Ensure activity standards are being delivered. Demonstrate clear ability to correlate activity standards with Business Results. Ensure use of Salesforce.com and accuracy of metrics.
• Work with other business functions to improve the effectiveness of cross-functional processes.
• Meets with each Sales rep individually for at least 1 hour monthly to review previous month’s results, lessons learned and areas for improvement. Uses this opportunity to coach Account Executives to increase results for next 30 days.
• Inside Sales Managers demonstrates understanding of how to motivate employees for their reasons and understanding of how to manage a recognition and reward program for their team.
What You Bring
• 2+ years’ experience in an Inside Sales Management role (preferably in SaaS, Networking, Hosting, Cloud, or Telecommunications environment)
• 4+ years’ experience in an Inside Sales individual contributor role (preferably in SaaS, Networking, Hosting, Cloud, or Telecommunications environment)
• Proficient in SalesForce, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to expect candor and join forces to execute Sales goals.
The Pay: The compensation for this role is made up of an uncapped commissions and a starting base pay between USD 77600 in the lowest geographic market and USD 116400 in the highest geographic market. On average, the national commissions target for this role is USD128000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market demands and often a combination of all these factors.
