We are looking for a Senior Account Coordinator who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and
growth of one of our Job&talent Global Clients.

Role of a Senior Account Coordinator:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of account coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure team objectives are met.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage and coordinate temporary workers to fulfill client requirements, meeting volume and deadline targets.
  • Strategic Recruitment: Work with the Account Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment, validation, and induction plans.
  • Client Interaction: Handle client and worker queries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Payroll and Administration: Ensure accurate payroll processing, and manage holidays and absences to meet both candidate and client expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee on-site operations, addressing performance and attendance issues, and making recommendations for personnel action.
  • Issue Resolution: Lead investigations and follow-ups on complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.

As a Senior Account Coordinator, you will need to have:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated attention to detail in previous roles.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Decision Making: A proactive attitude towards making effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
