<p>We are seeking an experienced Project leader to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and excellent leadership skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices to ensure the successful delivery of projects.</li> <li>Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor project progress and performance. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and optimization opportunities.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define business strategies, project objectives, scope, and requirements. Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring effective communication of project status, risks, and challenges.</li> <li>Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, foster alignment, and address concerns to ensure strong collaboration and program support.</li> <li>Allocate resources across projects to balance workload, maximize efficiency, and ensure timely project delivery.</li> <li>Oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li> <li>Identify and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues to senior leadership when necessary.</li> <li>Drive process improvements within the business unit to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and optimize project delivery outcomes.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to organizational policies, conducting audits to assess project quality and compliance.</li> <li>Collaborate with external vendors and contractors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li> <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable; exposure to the gaming industry is a plus.</li> <li>Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects from initiation to closure.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.</li> <li>Proficient in project management tools and software.</li> <li>Strong analytical, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
