Project Coordinator

Client - Major Financial Firm
Role - Project Coordinator
Rate - $38.50/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $57.75/HR)
Duration - 3 Month Assignment (possible extension)
Location - NY NY

• Transfer Article/Plan submissions to our templates 
• Create new reporting structures for the Books (new macros, new sections etc.) 
• Perform detailed review of new project plans (milestone wording, dates, ownership etc.) and provide feedback to the Project Owners 


• 3-5 years' work experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Need a positive, hard-working, energetic 'can do' attitude.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on continued delivery of regulatory deliverables
• Provide regular status updates for ongoing projects as well as creating presentations for steering committee updates.
• Excellent Excel Skills (i.e., Formulas)
• Strong PowerPoint Skills
