SAP BODS Developer

• Participate in the agile development process
• Experience of working on SAP BODS
• Experience of working with Guidewire DataHub data integration projects from Guidewire (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center)
• Expert in data analysis, Strong SQL skills
• Strong domain experience in Insurance, particularly in Property & Casualty (P&C)
• Experience of working in Guidewire DataHub any downstream data integration project from Guidewire (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center) or any other COTS
• Excellent communication skills
• Delivery ownership and willingness to walk an extra mile proactively for delivery excellence
• Concepts of Data warehousing (star and snowflake schemas/models)
• Performing impact analysis for and root-cause analysis for change requests and incidents
• Communication with customer/Business analysts to explain the analysis or to ask for additional information
• Design and implementation of change requests and incidents, unit testing, supporting SIT and UAT testing, implementation and post implementation support
• Demonstrate strong techno-functional experience in Guidewire DataHub & InfoCenter, SQL, SAP BODS ETL preferably in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• Coordination and communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders at onsite and offshore in timely manner
• Experienced in creation of requirements-based documentation like business requirement document and data mapping for the functional reporting
• Capable of performing querying at database level and high-level data analysis to provide appropriate inputs and implement functional reporting requirements.
