What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:

• Review daily appointment schedules and be prepared to greet customers in the drive with knowledge of their appointment
• Generate repair orders for customers
• Dispatch the job to the proper technician
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor
• Calculate customer’s payment
• Answer incoming calls from customers to address concerns and set appointments for future service needs
• Make outgoing calls to customers to update them on the status of their vehicle in service.
• Any additional training or responsibilities as deemed necessary by Service Manager

Essential Job Functions:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• High school education or equivalent
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Experience working in cashier/credit card systems preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Flexibility with schedule to work nights and weekends
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Must be able to manage relationships across all channels and levels
