Can you help identify areas of potential for those around you, which levers to pull to support a sales team, and build programs to help them reach their goals? We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join us at Thinkific. 

The Sales Enablement Specialist at Thinkific will be responsible for working cross-functionally with our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, building and delivering a world-class learning and training experience for our Plus team. Reporting to the Manager of Plus Enablement, you’ll manage the end-to-end enablement practice, including onboarding new members of all revenue-driving teams, executing effectiveness programs, improving and implementing both existing and new processes, and ensuring the right resources and technology are in place for their success.

Your goal will be to build and execute world-class onboarding, learning and training experiences for the Plus team. Here’s how you’ll accomplish this: 

  • Own the Sales and Customer Success onboarding program from start to finish, serving as a point person for new hires throughout their onboarding process
  • Partner with the Product and Marketing teams to develop and maintain training, ensuring the Sales team stays up-to-date on Thinkific’s new products and product features as they are released
  • Work with leaders on the Sales team to identify knowledge gaps across teams and work to design training paths for each role
  • Design full-funnel learning programs that will drive revenue driving effectiveness at every phase of the sales cycle
  • Work with the Revenue Operations team to measure the success and impact of effectiveness programs as they relate to business outcomes and objectives 

The person we have in mind likely:

  • Has 2+ years of experience working with fast-paced, high-volume sales teams in a closing environment
  • Possesses 3+ years of experience in an enablement, L&D, or lead trainer role
  • Demonstrates the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders from different departments and identify their needs
  • Excels at facilitating or presenting live training sessions, both in-person and virtually and has a proven track record of designing and implementing impactful sales training programs
  • Comprehends and articulate sales methodologies (MEDDIC and Challenger Sales) with ease
  • Exhibits strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Shows proficiency in using sales enablement tools and platforms to enhance training delivery
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage sales teams effectively
  • Loves to learn and grow. They’ve found (and keep looking for) ways to level up their skills in this field, whether that’s through formal education, gaining professional experience, or maybe even building their own business 

These things would also be nice, but we think you could learn them on the job: 

  • Has experience implementing and managing a sales enablement program 
  • Knows how to create clear, effective, engaging and well-written learning content
  • Has experience with ABM and outbound sales
  • Has experience working in a hyper-growth SaaS environment
  • Are comfortable with sales technologies including Gong, Gong Engage and Salesforce

The recruitment compensation range for this position is $65,000 - $93,000 CAD + Variable
