Integrant, Inc., a custom software development company with over 25 years of experience, is currently seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for championing the company's brand, elevating its market position, and increasing the effectiveness of the company's marketing strategies. As a member of the Integrant team, you'll work closely with other departments to ensure communication with clients, project direction, and execution are consistent with the company's mission. Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and track comprehensive project plans that are realistic, achievable, and ensure on-time and within-scope project delivery.
  • Lead the initiation and planning phases of department projects, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Utilize appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and success.
  • Perform thorough risk management analysis to identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
  • Lead end-to-end project management, from requirements definition through deployment, creating schedules, scopes, and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with department members to leverage their expertise and gather feedback for creating effective project plans.
  • Actively remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless internal communication and effective collaboration within the team.
  • Analyze project status, and if needed, adapt scope and schedules to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Establish and maintain standardized processes, quality standards, and performance assessments within the department.
  • Report project outcomes and risks to relevant channels and escalate issues promptly when required.
  • Utilize experience in developing platforms for internal processes and contribute to documenting processes across the department.
  • Coordinate cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment on project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Create and execute effective project communication plans to ensure transparent and timely information sharing.
  • Coordinate the development of processes, training materials, and documentation for successful process or system implementation.
  • Implement short and long-term plans in line with the department's strategic direction.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations, gathering feedback to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements, and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects, including optimizing processes and driving improvements.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable project management certifications are a plus.
  • Strong experience in collaborating effectively with all levels of an organization, fostering alignment and achieving project goals.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Deep familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication, conflict resolution, and relationship building.
  • Highly resourceful and adaptable, capable of finding innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Excellent analytical skills, adept at identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional time management skills, ensuring efficient project execution and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in coaching change management processes to facilitate successful transitions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, adept at removing obstacles and ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Experience in implementing and improving processes, driving efficiency and enhancing overall approach.
  • Solid understanding of various project management methodologies and their application in diverse scenarios.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of aligning projects with department goals and broader organizational objectives.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving project success.
