Job Description: - Actively seek and acquire new clients by identifying business opportunities, networking, and building relationships in the industrial staffing industry.
- Collaborate with potential clients to understand their workforce requirements and staffing needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand accounts and increase business opportunities.
- Work closely with our recruiting team to match client requirements with suitable candidates, ensuring high-quality placements.
- Continuously engage with clients to ensure their staffing needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential client needs and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications: - Solid account management experience, preferably in the industrial staffing industry.
- An existing network of contacts to jump start new line of business
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Quick learning ability and adaptability to excel in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

- Willingness to travel occasionally to support client relationships and business growth.
