The Role:

We're looking for a candidate well versed in marketing communications, has strong analytical sense and command over communication strategy, content planning and gauging activities for set objectives to join our B2B Marketing team.

You will be joining a 3-member team reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Products with 2 people reporting into you.

What does a Stream Head of B2B Marketing Communications do?

• Work closely with Sales channels and product teams to develop and orchestrate strategies for the Digital Marketing Content based on Complex B2B products and services across online and communication platforms. 
• Wear multiple hats for managing corporate comms, customer disposition funnel and content programs and internal marketing for B2B market for ICT solutions.
• Ensure KPI based execution of every marketing activity and ensure end-to-end performance tracking against spent budget.
• Develop effective execution plans for the division’s Thought Leadership vision in the industry.
• Develop ways to nurture and improve lead conversion ratios for lead gen campaigns.
• Develop an effective Corporate Communications strategy to ensure visibility of business and brand
• Assist marketing Ops in creating imaginative and futuristic conferences and road shows for different B2B products.
• Ensure visibility of the division within the organization by leveraging internal communication tactics.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• 5-6 years of experience in brands management and digital marketing.
• Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with all stakeholders and partners.
• Good business acumen linked with knowledge of complex B2B products.
• Hands on with Microsoft office, presentation making and communication skills. Writing and orating are a big part of the job.
