Hire Resolve's client who is in the Machine Manufacturing Industry is searching for an OEM Manager to join their team in the Gauteng area. The OEM Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the Machine Manufacturing Industry. The individual will be tasked with identifying new OEM opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing superior service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with potential OEM partners in the Machine Manufacturing Industry.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with OEM partners that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen existing OEM relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure seamless communication and execution of OEM partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in order to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
- Develop and manage OEM sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and ensure goals are met.
- Travel as necessary to meet with OEM partners, attend industry events, and represent the company in a professional manner.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field, MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the Machine Manufacturing Industry.
- Min 7 years of high-value earthmoving/materials handling equipment experience required
- Proven track record of identifying and successfully developing relationships with OEM partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
