Your Role at Hostinger:

  • While being in the Senior Data Analyst role you will be focusing on the fraud and abuse area. You will provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive improvements to the fraud and abuse prevention framework. You will not only drive analytical initiatives but also present findings and recommendations to the wider team and company leadership collaborating with many different teams, encouraging them to use data to install fraud and abuse process improvements and make appropriate product decisions. Develop user archetypes and build dashboards to demonstrate their usage patterns based on risk category and potential fraudulent behavior.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in building data models, preferably within fraud prevention or a cybercrime-related field. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience with A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.)
  • Strong mindset towards data quality, in all stages of the analyses.

Salary & Schedule

  • Gross salary starting from 3,500 EUR/month (depends on your experience).
