Contract Trial Attorney Needed

Special opportunity to assist Boston based litigator in complex construction trial. Our client is seeking a highly organized, experienced candidate with trial experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Learn case facts
Collaborate on pre-trial memoranda, motions and witness examinations
Second Chair during trial
Legal research and writing
Projects as assigned

Requirements:

Experienced trial attorney with 5+ years experience. Federal court experience is a plus
Knowledge of Westlaw and Microsoft Office All inquiries will remain confidential
