We are seeking a Learning Analytics Intern to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of our training programs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about learning and development and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration, and feedback
- Support team to maintain trainees' learning progress and history
- Supporting team in executing learning strategy across directorate
- Supporting report analytics related to learning activities and evaluation
- Maintain the database of learning program and success metrics
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Technology or related major, fresh graduates are also welcome
- Demonstrated interest in learning and development
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gsheet/Gslides), Canva/Adobe, preferably comfortable doing analysis through GSheet
- Be well-organized, proactive, open-minded, highly responsible, and supportive
- Desired length of employment: 6 month
- Willing to commit with hybrid working arrangement (Jakarta)
