With a team of over 1000 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe, Asia, and the US, we're all united by our love for innovation and teamwork.</p><p>Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.</p><p><strong>We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Project Manager to join our team in Bucharest!</strong><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>About the job:</strong></p><p><strong>What you'll get to do:</strong></p><p>· Manage project development from initiation to closure;</p><p>· Maintain communication with project beneficiaries and manage their expectations;</p><p>· Perform all PM specific activities: project planning, scheduling, time, progress and resource tracking;</p><p>· Work with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources and time lines;</p><p>· Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved;</p><p>· Mitigate any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle;</p><p>· Track and report on project milestones and provide activity status reports – monitoring progress against baseline;</p><p>· Identify risks that may affect the project outcome and alert relevant parties to them;</p><p>· Inherit and help develop new tools and best practices for project management and execution;</p><p>· Clearly communicate expectations and requirements to team members and stakeholders;</p><p>· Analyze existing workflows and procedures propose ways to improve them;</p><p>· Stay updated regarding project management procedures and best practices and put them into practice in assigned projects;</p><p></p><p><strong>What You need to know:</strong></p><p>· Technical University/Computer Science or University of Economics / Business-Management;</p><p>· Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management;</p><p>· Preferably 3-5 years of experience in IT project or product management;</p><p>· Understanding of software development lifecycle and how to interact with project members;</p><p>· Project documentation and business specifications management;</p><p>· Some of the software required: Microsoft Office suite, JIRA/Confluence, Monday, MS VISIO;</p><p>· Strong documentation, oral and written communications skills;</p><p>· Excellent organizational and time management skills;</p><p>· Ability to balance multiple ongoing responsibilities and appropriately communicate issues;</p><p>· Analytic mind (strategic thinking);</p><p>· Result oriented with problem solving skills.</p><p></p><p><strong>Here's what we offer:</strong></p><p>· Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.</p><p>· <strong>Stay Healthy</strong>: 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.</p><p>· <strong>Hybrid work schedule</strong>: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time)</p><p>· <strong>Support for New Parents</strong>:</p><p>- 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.</p><p>- 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.</p><p>Our office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
