Today, we’re ready to add a new Paid Media Team Lead to the agency. This person will act as a leader to a team of 1-3 talented Paid Media subject matter experts, each of whom have their own unique clients. While your direct reports will be accountable for driving the media strategy, tactical execution, and client/account management of their respective individual clients, you’ll play an important oversight role in ensuring these clients receive a best-in-class agency experience.
At the same time, you’ll also manage 2-3 clients of your own, using your outstanding paid media strategy & performance marketing skills to deliver great results and delight your clients. This role is optimal for someone with a “player-coach” mentality who likes to lead a team of skilled SMEs while also keeping their skills sharp with their own clientwork.
Our Paid Media Team Lead is expected to work cross-functionally, finding opportunities to enhance our clients' overall digital programs through close collaboration with counterparts on our in-house Creative, SEO/organic search, Analytics & Measurement, and Client Services teams. You’ll work closely with and report directly to Silverback’s Senior Director of Paid Media, with whom you’ll play an active role in continuously improving the agency’s Paid Media processes, workflows, and products.
