About the role

We are looking for a SoftOne ERP Support to provide exceptional support for SoftOne ERP solution. This role collaborates closely with various departments to guarantee the smooth and efficient operation of our SoftOne ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and assistance to end-users regarding SoftOne ERP system functionalities and issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related problems and errors in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the system aligns with the company's operational needs.
• Assist in system upgrades, configurations, and customization to meet business requirements.
• Develop and deliver training to end-users to improve their ERP utilization.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
• Maintain and update system documentation and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with the SoftOne ERP vendor to resolve complex issues and implement new functionalities.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SoftOne ERP system support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fashion retail business processes is a plus.

• Familiarity with database management and SQL is advantageous.
• ERP certifications are a bonus but not required.
