Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Mountain View, CA
Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated assembly line production associate to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, assembling components and systems for various products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of production tasks while maintaining high standards of quality.
What we look for:
• Previous experience working in a production environment assembling electro-mechanical components. • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Follow the established procedures and work instructions precisely to ensure the proper assembly of robots. Adhere to industry best practices and standards to ensure consistent quality.
• Use stringent quality control standards to verify that the robots meet the required specifications, and exceed regulatory and customer requirements where possible.
Foster a culture of teamwork by effectively collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals within a specified timeline.
• Maintain a clean and organized production line, enhancing the overall safety and efficiency of the workspace.
• Proactively communicate with shift supervisors to report and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process, promoting timely resolution and maintaining productivity.
• Take responsibility for the upkeep of all tools and equipment, utilizing them safely and efficiently in compliance with established protocols.
• Continuously monitor the production process, using data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement them effectively to improve efficiency and quality.
• Assist with the training and development of new employees, ensuring their smooth integration into the team and maintaining a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Prioritize safety by strictly adhering to safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at all times, and ensuring a secure work environment for all.
Pay: $17-$22/HR •
