You’ll work closely with the MD and leadership team to manage growth, improve efficiency, and align our teams with our long-term goals. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring we meet our operational, financial, and performance objectives while fostering a strong, inclusive company culture.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the company's daily operations, ensuring all departments operate efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Drive strategic planning and execution to meet company growth objectives and enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>Partner with the CEO and executive team to craft and implement the company’s strategic vision and long-term objectives.</li><li>Identify and assess growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks to guide strategic decisions.</li><li>Lead product development teams to deliver high-quality gaming products on schedule and within budget.</li><li>Ensure product development aligns with the company’s strategic goals and market needs.</li><li>Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</li><li>Optimize resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability and profitability.</li><li>Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters innovation,</li><li>accountability, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Mentor and develop senior management team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance its reputation and influence.</li><li>Identify potential operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on business operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br></p><ul></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred from Premier Institutes only.</li><li>Minimum of 15 years of work experience, with at least 10 years in leadership roles within product-based organizations.</li><li>Proven track record of managing and scaling operations in a fast-paced, dynamic</li><li>environment.</li><li>Deep understanding of the gaming market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.</li><li>Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and analytical skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul> •
