Your role as a Low Code Engineer/Programmer Analyst
We are looking for someone who gets excited about helping others, formulating IT solutions based on business requirements, and being part of a team to implement IT systems.
Your responsibilities will include and are not limited to:
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand their business needs
- Using high-level business requirements, formulate and prototype IT solutions (e.g., wireframes or Low Code implementations)
- Translate high-level business requirements into release plans and more detailed user stories
- Propose alternate workflows and business processes that could optimize or simplify existing processes
- Configure IT systems, using some technical skills, to meet stakeholder needs
- Keeping up to date with new features and functionality of SSG’s Low Code platform
- Provide recommendations for Core Low Code Platform improvements
- Support Development and QA team members as needed
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who gets excited about applying technology to serve others and is interested in learning and making a difference in the world. We are looking to build and grow diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams. We value transferrable skills and experience. We encourage that you apply even if you don't meet all the qualifications below:
- 2+ years of experience implementing IT Solutions
- CS foundation achieved via bootcamp, certifications, school, or any other means
- Experience in IT projects, including Requirements Definition, Project Coordination, Production Support, and User Acceptance Testing
- Experience in configuring and maintaining any Low Code Development platform such as Salesforce, Pega, OutSystems, Appian, Power Apps, etc.
- Technical background, inclination, and acumen, for example, you are able to create Data Models, write efficient SQL queries, read and edit XML files, or read and write scripts (like Groovy or Python)
- Able to create Data Models from requirements
- Strong SQL knowledge, including tuning queries with complex business logic
- Ability to formulate IT solutions to meet business needs
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with new challenges each day
