The Application Program Interface (API) Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day development of solutions for integrating applications across Teachers. This role will be responsible for developing and translating the overall Digital Services vision into an integration strategy and a product roadmap to drive member adoption of digital tools, create a competitive advantage, and accelerate growth.

Responsible for application program interface, product management and solution design
Align internal business (technology, product and operations) with open banking standards
Identify, develop and deliver revenue model
Lead the development of a digital ecosystem
Develop an API roadmap for Teachers
Experience with Omni channel banking model
Establish strategic direction and drive growth across digital platforms.
Investigate, analyze, and promote programming methodologies such as test-driven development
Responsible for internal and external direct reports.
Continuously improve team productivity, refine agile processes, and create methods to increase efficiency.
Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor.
