About The Role:

The Australia Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager to execute on strategic initiatives that drive sales and support TodayTix's continued growth in Australia. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and experienced in multi-channel marketing, with a passion for cultural experiences.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for meeting targets such as net revenue, app installs, registrations, and first purchases. You will work closely with the performance and content teams, theatre and brand partners, and external agencies to create and implement campaigns across various marketing channels, including ATL media, affiliate marketing, email, content, social media, and partnerships.

Please note: This role is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 1 year. Candidates must be based in Australia with with a preference for those located in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. This role is remote and requires you to connect with UK and USA time zones on a weekly basis.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director, supporting on the planning of campaign activity, to include both ‘single-show’ activity, but also broader multi-show campaigns and activations
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, WhatsApp, SMS) to enhance brand credibility, trust, and comfort, in partnership with   Marketing Director and the broader CRM and Performance teams
  • Support the Marketing Director to drive brand awareness and maximise revenue in Australia, in line with the global marketing strategy
  • Work closely with the partnerships team to drive sales for partners
  • Work closely with the SEO team to optimise AU rankings and produce powerful evergreen content
  • Work with the broader CRM team to ensure that lifecycle and emergency comms are optimised 
  • Provide regular reporting on programme and campaign performance alongside strategic recommendations for improvement across key business metrics
  • Support local perspective and insight into paid marketing efforts including paid social and search, to ensure commercial objectives are being achieved 
  • Drive innovation for the marketing team across new channels in an agile way
  • Manage relationships with partners, vendors and other stakeholders
  • Utilise data-driven insights to identify CRM opportunities, including segmentation and testing strategies for optimal campaign performance.
  • Oversee merchandising of TodayTix app and website for all Australian markets, ensuring that content is up to date and that opportunities are being effectively highlighted 
  • Assist in launching, building and maintaining a strong social presence and community management
  • Conceptualise, implement and report on localised content strategy (including development of AU content creator database)

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience at a fast-paced B2C company
  • Experience in performance marketing
  • Creativity, flexibility and an agile approach to comms planning
  • Knowledge of the AU arts/culture/entertainment sectors
