About the role:
Airtm’s Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our marketing team by taking ownership of the operational side of campaigns and assisting in the development of social media and influencer strategies. This role involves working closely with content creators, influencers, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple areas of marketing. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute strategically, and learn from a fast-paced, collaborative team in the fintech space.

What you’ll be responsible for:
1) Influencer & Social Media Strategy Support:
-Assist in developing and executing social media and influencer strategies aligned with Airtm’s fintech positioning.
-Coordinate with influencers to ensure campaigns reflect the brand’s voice and message.
-Manage influencer contracts, payments, and deliverables while tracking performance metrics.
2)Content Creation & Coordination:
-Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content (written, visual, or video) aligned with Airtm’s brand goals.
-Work with content creators to ensure timely delivery of assets for social media and marketing campaigns.
-Maintain and organize the content calendar, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing strategy.
3)Lifecycle Communications:
-Own the creation and management of lifecycle communications (emails) to users, in both Spanish and English.
-Write compelling email content for campaigns and updates, tailored to different user segments.
-Collaborate with other teams to align email campaigns with business goals and ensure effective communication.
4)Operational Marketing Support:
-Manage day-to-day operations of marketing campaigns, including scheduling social media posts, organizing materials, and coordinating assets.
-Track, report, and optimize the performance of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
-Ensure smooth collaboration with the external marketing agency, aligning efforts with internal strategies.
5)Industry Knowledge:
-Stay updated on fintech trends to guide content and influencer strategies effectively.
-Leverage a strong understanding of the fintech industry to ensure Airtm’s campaigns remain relevant and impactful.

Experience & Skills:
-1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, social media, or content creation.
-Familiarity with fintech or digital platforms is preferred.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
-Experience in content creation for social media (written, visual, or video) is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Spanish and English.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, influencers, and external partners.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for marketing in a fast-paced environment.
