Floater Teacher

Your Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable Assistant Floater Teacher who has a passion for working with children and has the flexibility to start with a part-time schedule. We are looking for someone to join us in our Infant, Toddler (ages 0-3) and Children's House (preschool) classrooms.

Many of our Assistant Teachers ultimately grow to take on Lead Teacher roles over time, thanks to our accredited Montessori training program we offer to exceptional employees.

About You

• Experience working with children ages newborn-6
• 3 ECE credits or willingness to obtain with sponsorship
• EEC Certified preferred 
• Ability to work well with other adults
• Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
• Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred but not required
