Role Overview: |
The JD Foundation is looking for a passionate and proactive leader, with a commitment to improving the lives of young people across the UK, who will provide strategic vision and operational leadership. You will take overall responsibility for the management and administration of the Foundation, working with the Board of Trustees to help them fulfil their vision, strategic objectives and governance duties. Through effective leadership, you will be responsible for delivering the JD Foundation’s strategic plan and enable the development of a sustainable and resilient organisation, raising its profile and awareness of its charity partners. Leading on the organisational development of the JD Foundation will be a key aspect of this role; developing a team who can deliver the Foundation’s objectives, and be responsible for people management, performance, training and development. In addition, you will support the board of trustees to ensure all policies, procedures and systems are compliant with relevant legislatio and following the Charity Commission guidelines. This role requires an exerienced manager who will bring expertise and enthusiasm to deliver JD Foundation goals and ambitions.
