What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement data solutions for Contact Center with a primary focus on BigQuery.
- Design and implement data pipelines using GCP services such as Dataflow with Cloud Composer, DataFlow and Big Query
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project estimates.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of data engineering projects from inception to deployment.
- Manage legacy ETL processes and utilize Talend for data transformation.
- Build and optimize data pipelines to support high-volume retail operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP services and technologies.
What You Know
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on GCP services.
- Strong proficiency in GCP services mainly Big Query
- Strong proficiency in SQL and large-scale data processing.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with real-time data processing and Contact Center analytics
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
