Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team to develop and implement SOPs, ensuring seamless collaboration between machine/robo and human agents. You'll be responsible to meet operational and compliance standards, identifying gaps to align with US regulations and train our agents on debt collection practices in the united states. Ideal candidates are experienced Collection, Training, or Quality Assurance Managers with 10+ years in the US Debt collections and recovery market. Strong communication skills and experience with robo/machine agents are highly valued.
What you will do:
Provide and create collection SOP practices and guidelines for our newly established business as a Collection Agency, where machine/robo and human agents will work together.
Conduct assessments/testing on the machine/robo agents to ensure they meet operational and compliance requirements.
Identify potential gaps in the output of our machine/robo agents to ensure compliance with US regulations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Monitor and analyze collection data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks
Stay updated with industry best practices and changes in regulations affecting collections and the SME sector
Provide training to our human and robo agents on collection best practices
What you need to have:
Collection Managers, Training Managers, or Quality Assurance Managers with 10+ years of experience in building compliant resolutions, operational processes, and collection strategies for the US market.
Proven experience in adapting business and regulatory changes into existing business processes.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Prior experience with robo/machine collection agents in the relevant scope of work is a big plus.

Philippine and Vietnam Timezone (Fixed)
Amenable to work in BGC Taguig (Hybrid set up)
Will be required to work from Vietnam (ho chi minh city) office during the early months
