What you will do:

Execute plans to continuously improve the onboarding output and deliver oversupply of fleet trucks
Identify fleet companies/organizations to tap to generate potential operator leads and champion the networking and relationship building
Conduct driver recruitment events and activities to continuously build fleet operator pipeline
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reviews
Review departmental processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvements

What we seek:

Someone with a strong network of trucking companies in Baguio who would be willing to partner with Lalamove for heavy deliveries

What you'll need:

2-3 years of fleet procurement / vendor management experience
Experience in traditional logistics is a plus
Must be good with data and keeping track of inventory
Must be willing to report onsite in our Baguio Hub (Xentromart Bagsakan, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan)
