Au sein d'une petite équipe vous gérerez les commandes , les marchés hospitaliers ainsi que la relation clients ( services des marchés au sein des hôpitaux et pharmacies hospitalières émettrices des commandes...)
Work Model:
Core Lab & Ops: This role typically requires that the majority of the work be conducted on-site
Responsibilités:
Marchés Négociés et appels d’offre
- Répondre aux Marchés Négociés et appels d’offre selon les directives de la Direction Générale (marchés publics et privés),
- Répondre aux demandes clients (concernant les demandes de certificats, attestations, fiches de renseignements, tarifs, documents produit...),
Gestion administrative des commandes
- Traiter les commandes clients (national ou export), suivre les expéditions et les livraisons
- Créer un emplacement partagé pour le suivi des commandes et paiements
- Assurer le suivi de la facturation et la supervision du depot dans chorus pro
- Suivre les commandes et les livraisons ainsi que le chiffre d'affaires par produit,
- Gérer avec le distributeur les réclamations concernant le transport, les expéditions, etc.
- Gérer avec le distributeur les litiges (livraison..)
- Gérer les nouveaux clients selon les process du Distributeur et du département Supply Chain EU
Reporting et gestion clients
- Assurer le suivi et l'information aux clients
- Gérer et assurer le développement de la base « Données Client »,
- Gérer les différents tableaux des ventes, analyse et reporting (AAC par indication , AP1 /AP2…).
- Assurer la mise à jour des divers tableaux de bord (paiements, facturation…)
- Préparer et suivre les déclarations annuelles des ventes aux Autorités de Sante
Recouvrement :
- Assurer le suivi des règlements, des paiements, des avoirs …
- Effectuer les relances des impayés,
- Régler les litiges clients selon les directives de la Direction Générale
- Etablir un tableau de suivi clair pour les différents départements
Profil
- De formation Bac +2 minimum, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans l’industrie pharmaceutique à des fonctions de Gestionnaire ADV et service clients en relation avec différents services en interne.
- Bonne connaissance des marchés hospitaliers ( MSCNP)
- Vous êtes très rigoureux(se) et organisé(e). Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement commercial dynamique, vous êtes garant(e) du respect des délais et de la bonne application des process. Vous aimez le travail d'équipe et collaborer au quotidien avec d'autres services en interne.
- La très bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et en particulier d'Excel est indispensable.
- L’anglais est un atout importantm #LI-CK1
