Account Management Manager

We are looking for "Account Management Manager" to serve clients in terms of marketing and advertising supports in order to build clients' brands in the market successfully. 

 

What You'll Do 

• Acting as key contact person for assigned accounts. 
• Serve clients in terms of marketing and advertising supports in order to build clients' brands in the market successfully 
• Co-operate with both internal and external parties to complete services
• Follow up job progress and control time schedule
• Create project timeline based on responsible team assessment and align with client.
• Arrange meeting with clients outside/inside the office
• Maintain good relationship with clients
• Planning project timelines for assigned digital marketing campaigns
• Consolidate reports and customised accordingly to client's requirement with key findings and meaningful recommendations
• Acquiring relevant data and insights for evaluating account's performance and setting digital marketing direction
• Monitor campaign performance, look out for potential problems, work on solution to prevent, and stand by to resolve problems (sometimes during weekend)
• Coordinate with 3rd parties to fulfil contract compliance
• Originate upselling plan to suggest client

 

Who You Are 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 4 years of working as Account Executive, Account Management, or related field
• Passion toward Growth & Achievement
• Basic digital marketing knowledge
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solveing Skill
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel)
• Good command of English and Thai
