We’re searching for a UK-based Bid Writer to join our sales operations team, so that we can win more business by creating compelling and high-quality tender submissions. The Bid Writer will craft persuasive proposals for our diverse range of software products to maximize our chances of success and contribute to revenue growth.

How you’ll spend your time

  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and develop winning bid strategies.
  • Writing, editing, and proofreading compelling proposals, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFIs) that clearly articulate our value proposition and address client needs.
  • Managing the bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission and adherence to all requirements.
  • Maintaining a bid library and knowledge base to streamline proposal development and improve efficiency.
  • Analyzing client requirements and tailoring our responses to highlight the unique benefits of our software solutions.
  • Participating in post-bid reviews to identify areas for improvement and enhance our bid win rate.

 

What kind of things we’re most interested in you having

  • Proven experience in bid writing, proposal development, or a similar role within a software or technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrable success in crafting winning proposals and securing new business.
  • In-depth knowledge of RFP processes, procurement cycles, and tendering processes.
  • Sincere interest in the healthcare software industry and improving patient care through innovative technology.
  • A knack for working collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
