Job Description:
The CSR position is one of the most vital components of the business. As the CSR you will be the first voice heard to existing and potential customers. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound calling. Outbound calling will be to existing customers for various reasons.

- Must be a self-motived individual that has the ability and a can-do attitude to be the first voice of our company.
- Need someone who can answer phones and book calls.
- Must be able to perform outbound calling to existing customer and book appointments.
- Outgoing and energetic.
- Has a pleasant speaking voice.
- A desire to excel at position.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Computer literate
- Dog Friendly office
