Finance Director (SICA & NewTek)

Vizrt is seeking an experienced Finance Director (SICA & NewTek) to join our team. As the Finance Director (SICA & NewTek), you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and performance of Vizrt's channel partners. You will work closely with the sales and channel teams to drive financial growth and profitability, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the channel organization. You will provide strategic financial guidance to the channel teams, supporting them in identifying business opportunities, analyzing performance, and making informed decisions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and supporting business growth in a channel or sales environment. You are a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You have a deep understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices, and you possess strong leadership and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations for Vizrt's channel partners, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the channel teams, analyzing financial performance, identifying areas of improvement, and making strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal guidelines.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
• Support the channel teams in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and business planning, providing financial insights and analysis.
• Manage and provide oversight of financial transactions, including revenue recognition, invoicing, and collections.
• Monitor and assess financial risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies and controls.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

Reviews P&L and balance sheets, business review with Regions and BU management. Facilitates improvement in Internal Control environment across functions. Provides input to build strong KPIs. Establishes financial plans and goals based on strategic initiatives. Ad hoc analysis of Business Performance. Requires:  Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics and 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 2 years as financial analyst preparing pro forma statements, forecasts, and budgets, and 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite and VBA.
