Technical SME (TIRKS)

Salary Range: $140K-$145K/Annum
 
Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a technocrat who have deep understating for TERKS inventory system - As Technical SME your responsibilities will include:
• 10+yrs of exp
• Supporting and maintaining all switching equipment in Central Offices.
• Keeping all backup generators in optimum condition.
• Installing, supporting, and maintaining special circuits and being capable of working within the TIRKS system.
• Monitoring and supporting all switch alarm activity.
• Installing, supporting, and maintaining fiber and copper networks.
• Supporting and maintaining transport networks and central power platforms.

• Deep understanding and knowhow on Network inventory ( SONET / IP / Ethernet)
• Extensive experience in Maintaining and managing Inventory ( especially Tirks) L1/L2/L3 Tasks
• Able to perform change management and troubleshooting.
• Migration experience from / to Tirks
• Understanding of workflow for Service fulfilment and service assurance.
• Familiarity with both inside and outside plant cabling practices
• Self-motivated and able to drive issues to resolution
• Ability to promote and sell Brightspeed services
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations
