Role Overview:

This role is for a key member of our Business Operations team. This role is a great opportunity to play a meaningful role and develop strategic initiatives at a high growth, mission-driven company. You will be in a unique position to help constantly improve our business strategy, scale our analysis capabilities, and improve processes and systems throughout the company. This is a highly cross-functional role, where you will be working with many functions & leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, keen attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

• Own strategic initiatives and projects that will help us achieve a wide variety of business goals
• Partner cross-functionally with Product leaders across the company to analyze their function’s performance and make improvements where needed
• Work with our leadership team on business strategy and lead strategic projects
• Help us develop guidelines, processes, and systems that allow the business to scale through extreme growth
• Think strategically and then execute - the models we build aid in decision making and strategy - we operationalize our insights

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, product, or strategy at other analytically-intensive roles at software companies
• Able to effectively turn data and market insights into actionable strategies for leadership
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, and key metrics used in Enterprise SaaS and Blockchain
• Agile self-starter with ability to move quickly and desire to own and be accountable for projects from Day 1
• Service-oriented attitude characterized by strong listening skills and the desire to achieve shared success
• Experience with BI tools and SQL are a strong plus
• BS / BA in Finance, Business, Economics or a technical major
