Position purpose:

Reporting to E-Commerce Manager, this role manages the eCommerce business and operations for LUXASIA’s brands in the Thailand market.

Key responsibilities:

Principal Accountabilities:

• Working within the e-commerce team to set-up, develop and grow the e-commerce/e-distribution operations in Thailand.
• Driving LUXASIA’ s brands’ performance on third-party online marketplaces and manage the brand stores.
• Coordinating between warehouse, finance, marketing & external teams to ensure smooth store operations.
• Building the optimal price, promotion, and assortment strategy by brand.
• Data reporting and presentation for key brand stakeholders.
• Conceptualizing, budgeting and executing marketing campaigns on various marketplaces.
• Building relationships with brand principals, brand management teams and marketplaces.
• Training & developing other e-commerce team members across the markets.
• Developing processes and tools to improve scalability in the market.

Requirements

• eCommerce/retail (minimum 3 years)
• Operations experience
• Project management
• Client management
• Digital/social marketing experience is a bonus.
• Bachelor of Business or Marketing or Statistics from a Top Tier school
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working with marketplaces or other eCommerce platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
