Why we need you

Associate, Client Operations Support serves as a middleman between the company and our clients to ensure that information and communication from one end reaches the other, and vice versa.

What you will do

  • Generate and summaries daily reports for shippers (e.g. Problematics parcels, 3PL reference information, order status)
  • Support adhoc completion tasks related to COS project based and basic data preparation.
  • Confirm pick-up reservation and proceed order creation for shippers.
  • Support to solve inbound inquiries from valued partners.
  • Coordinate with internal & external parties.
  • Escalation task by following BAU workflow & SOP protocol.
  • Liaise with shippers diligently for all inquiries daily.
  • Welcome call with new onboarding shippers.
  • Basic retention activities. 
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary so long as the duties assigned are reasonably related to the job/position and do not exceed the equivalent of a full- time load, as defined in this Agreement.

What you will need

  • Bachelor Degree in any field
  • At least 1 year experience in a customer-facing role or customer service field
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills
  • Interim solving/ Handling with uncomfortable situations
  • Good command of spoken and written English. (Basic understanding)
  • Able to work 6 days per week
