THINGS YOU WILL DO
Your typical tasks will include preparing personal documentation, keeping employees’ files, calculating vacation leaves, checking the validity of medical certificates and occupational health and safety training courses, entering employee data into the internal system, preparing reports and HR statements. Also:
- Act as subject matter expert in labor law and social security regulations and provide advise in individual case handling.
- Coordinate tasks related hiring, onboarding, offboarding
- Benefit administration and other recurring tasks
- Manage payroll input and work closely with the external payroll provider
- Be first point of contact for our colleagues and leadership for all HR related topics
- Work closely with the local HR Lead (roll out global initiatives and processes in assigned departments, run and/or participate in global HR projects, etc.)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- min. 4-5 years of previous experience in the field of personnel administration
- Basic knowledge of labour law and social insurance and personal income tax regulations
- Knowledge of MS Office software (in particular Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Good knowledge of English (B2), including HR vocabulary
- University degree (or in process of obtaining): Economics, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Aiming at improving one's qualifications
- Developed interpersonal skills (including teamwork)
- Proactivity and solution-oriented attitude, ability to manage time, organize own work and prioritize tasks
- High work ethic, reliability and meticulousness, including responsibility for the outcome of assigned tasks as part of teamwork
- Your additional advantage will be completed HR and payroll course
