We are looking for an experienced Process manager to lead process standardization and quality assurance in a growing international IT company.
As a Process manager, your job will be to ensure and coordinate the creation of processes, policies and work instructions. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that processes are standardized and aligned with the company’s goals.
What you are going to do:
Company Knowledge Library Management:
· Oversee the creation, storage, and accessibility of company knowledge assets,
· Ensure quality of process, policy and instruction documentation,
· Ensure the knowledge library is up-to-date and easily accessible to all employees,
· Drive the culture for standardization and knowledge sharing in the company, create and implement strategy on expanding the Knowledge library.
Process improvements and Quality assurance:
· Provide training and support to staff on process and policy documentation, preparation of work instructions,
· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure processes and policies are aligned with organizational goals and standards,
· In collaboration with cross-functional teams, review current processes to identify risks, issues, opportunities, provide insights and recommendations.
New Idea Management:
· Facilitate the collection, evaluation, and implementation of new ideas within the company,
· Encourage innovation and collaboration among employees, lead related initiatives,
· Manage the internal idea submission tool.
Administrative Tasks:
· Handle administrative duties to support smooth operations,
· Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
What we expect from you:
· 2 years of experience in process management, knowledge management, process quality assurance or a similar role,
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
· A strong sense of ownership and self-drive, high attention to detail,
· Excellent English skills,
· Excellent facilitation, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to all functional groups,
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products,
· Project/change management experience, including process improvement initiatives, is an advantage,
· Product management experience is an advantage,
· Experience in DevOps is an advantage.
