Sterling Admin role: - 5+ years of experience
- Handle the errors that generate out of Sterling B2B products (IBM Sterling B2B and SFG), Service Now, mailbox as needed 24/7
- Enhancements/Change requests
- Knowledge in EDI concepts and transactions - 850, 855, 856, 810, 997
- Strong ability in setting up/troubleshooting transmission protocols like SFTP, FTPS, HTTP(S), AS2, RosettaNet transmission protocols.
- Ability to analyze BP
- Monitor application performance or any issues that may come as per operational, work with DBA team as needed
- Manage application patch upgrades
- Work with System Engg for windows patch updates on app servers
- System maintenance restart or bring down server on need basis
- Work with cross team app owners for any interfacing related tasks
- Part of DR activity (Disaster Recovery)
- Update CDW and customer certificate on expiry (AS2 SSL certificates, HTTP certificates)
Good communication skill - Will have to interact with client on calls •
