About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Care Manager (BHCM) at
Colla Health, you will deliver care to cancer patients through the Collaborative Care Model. Specifically, you will improve the health of your patients by providing brief behavioral health interventions and serving as the project manager of the collaborative care team, which includes the patient’s oncologist as well as a consulting psychiatrist. You will be joining an early-stage company and will have the opportunity to impact the design and implementation of this innovative care model. This is a hybrid role, with expectations to be on-site once or twice per week at our partner practice in Bentonville, Arkansas.
