Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Support CyberArk solutions and services to securely manage privileged accounts and credentials across TIAA platforms, systems and applications.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of accounts to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate CyberArk solutions into existing infrastructure, applications and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CyberArk components and integrations.
- Assist in the development and documentation of policies, procedures and guidelines related to privileged access management.
- Provide support and training to end-users on CyberArk functionality and best practice.
- Participate in incident and response activities, including investigation and mitigation of security incidents involving privileged accounts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity process and controls within the organization.
- Helps implement the organization's global strategies and initiatives to enhance Information Technology plans, operations and procedures.
Requirements
Work Experience/Required Skills
- 2+ Years Required;
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Familiarity with privileged access management concepts and tools, preferrably CyberArk.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security.
- Relevant certifications such as CyberArk Trustee or CyberArk defender are preferred but not required for this position.
- Utilize various toolsets, including PowerShell scripts, to process tasks
