Summary:
We are looking for a Front End Angular Developer to join our international team distributed all around the world (USA, Switzerland, Brazil and Malaysia). This position presents an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a project with far-reaching global impact, incorporating cutting-edge technology for navigation, location search, and immersive street-level exploration, enabling users to navigate the world with unparalleled ease and precision. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interfaces (UIs) using Angular and related technologies (TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Analyze daily failures and proactively partake in corrective action and engineering change strategies.
  • Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Write unit and integration tests for front-end components.
  • Test and debug new software releases prior to their deployment to the global fleet.

Required skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Angular.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (unit testing).
  • Basic knowledge of Angular Material components.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and Command Line.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash).
  • Experience using Version Control System (Git).
  • Knowledge of Database Management (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, with a focus on Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge in data manipulation (SQL) and representation (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and propose solutions.
  • Strong ownership attitude and willingness to drive feature development, integration, and QA efforts.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Good communication, planning, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent English communication in writing and verbally.
